Tiziana, since graduating from University, is involved in third world societies projects for Nongovernmental Organizations such as micro agriculture/environmental sustainability and female entrepreneurship programs in Africa. She spends these last twenty years, as a purchasing department professional for several leading International companies.
Thanks to her friendship with Barbara, Tiziana, always been keen on good Italian (and Ethnical) cuisine , begins getting closer to a new vegetarian food concept. Benefits in healthy eating and pleasure for a good cooking at the same time, lead her to develop a new and “green” idea of Mediterranean (and not only) recipes.
